Budget friendly rehersal outfit

Right now there isn't a lot of extra money in my bank account, but there have been a few splurges I decided to go for. Like this...

It's my rehearsal dress. I originally thought I would just wear something I already had, but then I saw vision of vintage champagne bubbles. I hummed and hawed over it for a few weeks not knowing if I should go for it. I finally gave in, but then realized I needed SHOES. I didn't have any shoes to match a gold dress, and I really wanted to wear flats that night. So, I found these.

$2 at Old Navy. There was only one pair (in my size) in the clearance bin. The price tag had come off, and there was no way to find the actual price. My shoes were rang up as a mini-football.

Then, I got to thinking about accessories. I decided to make a single strand, stretchy pearl bracelet (not pictured) with left over pearls and a headband.
I used the ribbon from the invites, the pearls from the jewelry, and the organza from my garter. The headband and bracelet were practically free!

The whole outfit was under $80. While I didn't really need it, I can't wait to wear it. I'm imaging myself hopping around in my dress and flats with my headband bobbing on top of my head.
