I love the feel of Keri Knightly in Atonement. She is so glamorous and I love that green dress. I would love for all of my bridesmaids to feel like this during the wedding, but I also know this isn't really their style. I really want them to feel comfortable and feel like themselves at my wedding. I think their personalities should show through in their attire for the day. Take for instance, Hil.Hil is my youngest bridesmaid, and I envision a trendy, fresh style for her.
I totally see her rocking a headband. I have some spare organza from another project, and I think I might try to make a headband for her, or I might get a colorful green, bronze, or champagne material to make one of these.
I love the green flowers. If I get fancy I might even be able to incorporate some crocheted lace into the flowers similar to the netting in the flowers above.What do you think? Do you think trendy accessories for the bridesmaids would clash with my old school feel? Or do you think it would let each of my bridesmaids pop and show their own style?
